Goat Cheese with Honey and Walnuts
Bake 4 slices of goat cheese in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Meanwhile, toast 4 slices of bruschetta bread. Pour the melted cheese upon the bread, add walnuts and honey to taste. Serve.
Bruschetta with Fresh Tomatoes and Olives
Scald six tomatoes in boiling water, peel and chop them, then add finely chopped garlic and fresh basil, olive oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Toast bruschetta bread in the oven for 5 minutes at a temperature of 230°. Place the chopped tomato mix on the bread and serve.
Mix 250g all-purpose flour with 1 spoon of powdered yeast. In a separate container, add 250ml milk, 250ml fresh cream, 2 spoons of previously melted salted butter, and 1 previously beaten egg. Add the mixture to the flour and yeast and beat everything together. Add chopped coriander, dill, chives, and parsley. Let the dough rest for 1 to 2 hours, then stir everything anew. Pour the mixture in a waffle maker and bake according to instructions. Once the waffles are ready, place sour cream and smoked salmon on top, garnish with fresh dill, and serve.
